Meet the Queen of the Chaos Goblins
Hey, I'm Danielle — the hands, the heart, and the questionable impulse control behind The Chaos Creative.
By day, I'm mom to an amazing autistic teenager. By night, I'm at my workbench at hours no reasonable person keeps, making things while the whole house sleeps. I run on coffee and spite. Sarcasm is how I love people — if I'm teasing you, congratulations, you're family now.
In a past life I ran a nail business, so I've always been the person making tiny pretty things with my hands. The canvas changed. The compulsion didn't. Crafting is how I get to be creative and fling my love of pretty things at the world, whether the world asked or not.
My creative process — for all of it, every craft I've ever touched — is this: make a huge mess, then find the beautiful thing hiding in the chaos. That's not a cute metaphor. That's a literal description of my workspace, and honestly, my whole life. It's also how this shop got its name.
And here's my dirty little secret: I didn't build this shop for you. Everything in it is here because I loved it. If it made me laugh, made me feel something, or made me say "oh no, I need that" — it went in. Turns out when you stop guessing what people want and just make what you love, your people find you anyway.
If The Chaos Creative stands for anything, it's this: be unapologetically, audaciously yourself. And on a good day? Be the weirdest thing in someone else's day.
Made with audacity. Always a little messy. Exactly as intended.
Welcome to the Chaos Crew. 🖤
